Returns Policy

Your complete satisfaction is important to us. Our return policy only applies to products that you have received that are defective or damaged on arrival.

When your shipment arrives,

  1. Please inspect your shipment for any possible damage and defect.
  2. If your parcel shipment arrives damaged, write a note on the delivery receipt describing the damage and contact our customer service.
  3. Please keep all cartons and packing materials along with your damaged merchandise and the invoice together until you have spoken with us.

From time to time, product specification may change slightly in the size, colour or design/style, it may appear different from the product picture shown on our website or brochure (We update product pictures regularly and where available and all product pictures are accurate at the time of publishing). Kindly let us know if the size, colour or design is important to you as we do not accept returns based on the manufacturer's change of design (which is quite rare). 

An authorization from the company must be received prior to returning any merchandise. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer require special approvals for returns. You may wish to contact our Customer Service prior to your purchase if you wish to validate the specific terms related to your ability to return these items.

Custom products and furniture are those manufactured to your specifications (e.g. for size, wood color and upholstery etc.). Furniture is considered custom and is therefore non-returnable unless received defective or damaged.

All returns must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition unless defective or damaged upon arrival. Returns may be subject to restocking fees. A representative will contact you regarding your request (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Promatech reserve the right to change its return policy at any time without prior notification.
